Receita da Ganache
Para cada 100 Gramas de chocolate fracionado ou puroutilizar 20 ml de Chantilly morno.
Derreter o chocolate de 30 em 30 segundos no microondas após derreter levar na batedeira com o chantilly , bater até ficar aerado e homogeneo.
Deixar descansar de um dia para o outro ou no minimo 3 horas fora da geladeira em temperatura ambiente.
